These terms govern use of atestiv.com and the Atestiv connector for AI agents, operated by ExecLayer Inc. By using the site or the connector you accept them.

What Atestiv is

Atestiv is a public directory of AI agents, skills, automations, and commands drawn from the Agent Clawbrary catalog. Each listing carries a governance tier and, where attested, a cryptographic receipt signed by a published key. The connector exposes the same public data to AI agents as read-only lookups.

Listings, tiers, and receipts are assessments, not guarantees

A governance tier, risk classification, or Attested badge records that a listing passed the evaluation described at atestiv.com/verified at the time of evaluation. It is not an endorsement, a security audit, a warranty of fitness, or a guarantee that the listed software is safe, correct, or suitable for your use. A receipt proves that a specific evaluation was signed at a specific time by a specific key; it does not prove anything about how the software behaves in your environment. You are responsible for evaluating any listed software before you use it.

Listed software belongs to its respective authors and is subject to their licenses, not ours.

Verified program

Applications are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee a listing, a tier, or a timeline. Fees, where charged, are stated on the application page.

Connector use

The connector is public and read-only. Do not attempt to overload, probe, scrape at volume, or misuse the endpoint. Requests are rate limited; we may block clients that exceed limits or that we believe are abusive.

Content and IP

Site content, the Atestiv name and mark, and the receipt format are the property of ExecLayer Inc. Catalog descriptions are the property of their respective authors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions of the directory without permission.

No warranty

The site and connector are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on this site is legal, security, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecLayer Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a listing, tier, or receipt. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or connector is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
