Privacy Policy

ExecLayer Inc. ("ExecLayer", "we") operates atestiv.com and the Atestiv connector for AI agents. This policy describes what we collect, what we do not collect, and how to contact us.

What we collect

Analytics. We do not run analytics on this site.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested path, for security and operations. Logs are retained for 30 days.

Verified program applications. If you apply at atestiv.com/verified/apply, we keep what you submit: your name, email, organization, and details about the agent, skill, or automation. It is stored in Supabase and emailed to us through Resend. We use it only to review the application and reply to you.

Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

The Atestiv connector

When you use Atestiv through an AI agent such as Meta Muse, Claude, or ChatGPT, the agent sends your query to atestiv.com/mcp and we return public catalog data: listings, governance tiers, risk classifications, categories, and receipt verification results. We do not receive your identity, your conversation, or any data from other connectors. Queries pass through the server logging described above and are not otherwise stored.

What we do not collect

Accounts. atestiv.com has no signup, no login, and no user database.

Advertising identifiers. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. Ad slots on the site, where present, are served by us without third-party trackers.

Model training data. We do not use queries, logs, or applications to train machine learning models.

Third parties

  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Supabase (catalog and Verified application storage)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • Upstash (rate limiting; stores hashed client identifiers for about two minutes)

The catalog originates from the public Agent Clawbrary repository on GitHub.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights and contact

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold. For most visitors that is nothing beyond transient server logs; for Verified applicants it is the application record. Contact support@execlayer.io.

We will update this page if our practices change; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
